The concept of green living is evident in every aspect of the building, from the design down to the materials and finishes selected for the apartments. Each of the 21 units is designed to minimize the environmental footprint of its residents. The objective is to create a comfortable high end living with all the modern facilities at the least impact to the surrounding.

The development has achieved Green Mark Goldplus rating (provisional) which is the second highest rating awarded by the Building Construction Authority of Singapore. This award is a recognition of the commitment and effort towards best practices in environmental design and consideration in the development.

  • Optimizing the building envelope which translate into increased thermal comfort for the occupants and reduced air-conditioning load

  • Rainwater harvesting system designed to reduce potable water consumption where rainwater will be used for irrigation, general cleaning and water feature make up. The estimated reduction in water consumption for the common area is about 85%

  • Optimizing the use of energy efficient air-conditioning system

  • Overall, design the building to achieved an estimated 47% savings in electricity and 33% reduction in water consumption compared to a conventional building
