Central Times Tower A (visualization by Architect)

China Merchants Shekou Holdings is developing a 47-story multi-tenant office building located at Intersection of Li Yuan Road and Mei Yuan Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. The project will be designed and built to meet LEED-CS 2009 standard with emphases on energy and water conservation, as well as user wellness and comfort. The main features include highly efficient 24-hour individually controllable VRV air-conditioning system based on INVERTER Technology and IPLV up to 6.9, super low pump energy consumption due to the elimination of chill water pumps and condensing water pumps (no cooling towers) as compared to typical high-rise office building using water cooled central chiller system, outdoor air airflow monitoring at each floor, healthy building materials, MERV 13 air filtration systems, access to views and daylight, low flow water fittings, harvesting rain water for landscape water feature, and rooftop gardens on podium and tower roofs. The project has obtained LEED C&S 2009 precertification in Aug 2017.
