China Merchants Shekou Holdings’s mix-use development project will be located on 11.5 acres previously developed site that used to belong to Sinotrans. Currently registered to purse LEED ND V4 Certification, this new commercial district mainly includes commercial shops, office and hotel buildings in total of 269,100 sqm, and 115,000 sqm service apartment, and 110,000 sqm underground carpark, retail shops and plant rooms. The project will be designed and built to be a livable and walkable community for people.
