HELP University Subang 2 Campus has a site area of 4.6 acres located in Persiaran Cakerawala,Taman Subang Delima, Seksyen U4, Mukim Sungai Buloh, Daerah Petaling, Shah Alam. The campus comprises of 7 blocks of buildings with a total GFA of 15,156 m2 where Blocks A to F are interconnected buildings which holds the faculties, classrooms, student lounge, library and lecture theatre. Block G houses mainly the mechanical and electrical plant and refuse chamber for Blocks A to F.

The air-conditioning system for the building will comprise of chilled water system with cooling tower and air distribution systems using fabric ducts. Service lobbies, toilets and mechanical and electrical plant rooms will be naturally ventilated. The entire Phase 2 campus will be designed to achieve at least a BEI of 100 kWh/m2 * year by optimizing the M&E system design and take advantage of daylighting to reduce the energy consumption from the electrical lighting.

Potable water consumption will be reduced by 50% using water efficient fittings and 50% for irrigation use through rainwater harvesting.

As part of the innovation credit, PIBCV Valves will be installed for for all AHU & FCU chilled water control, LED TV provided in the student lounge or main lobby where real time of energy & water consumption are displayed and at least 50% of the glazed façade will be shaded by shading devices to reduce direct solar radiation and glare towards the building.
