The project is a mixed use development with a site area of 24.38 acre located at the established commercial precinct of KL Sentral and Mid Valley City. The development will be built in 3 phases, where IEN Consultants Sdn. Bhd. was appointed as the green consultant for Phase 1 to provide a holistic approach in making the development sustainable and its buildings energy efficient. Each building has various rating targets which are deemed applicable for the building types. Below shows the buildings with their respective rating targets:
