Mercu Mustapha Kamal (MMK) is the future HQ for MK Group placed in Damansara Perdana, PJ. MMK consist of two office towers with a total NFA of 50,000 m2, a banquet hall, a retail section and surau.

MMK is designed to a state-of-the-art energy efficient building with an innovative daylight design, light control, high efficiency chillers and solar panels. Moreover, other sustainable features like rainwater harvesting, water recycling and use of recycling has been implemented as well. The building is designed for GBI Gold and is a demonstration project under the Building Sector Energy Efficient Program sponsored by United Nations.
