Rafflesia @ The Peak is a high end, low rise development consisting of 144 Semi D houses placed in Damansara Perdana.

The houses will be equipped with energy efficient air con systems with motion sensor control and energy star rated home appliances. The building envelope is optimized for energy savings through roof insulation, over hangs and double glazed units. Solar collectors and solar panels will make the development 100 % self sufficient with energy and moreover carbon neutral. Other sustainable features will be recycling, rain water harvesting, water recycling, good public transport and a charging station for electric cars. The houses are designed for GBI Gold and the development is a demonstration project under the Building Sector Energy Efficient Program sponsored by United Nations.
