Shell Shared Services Centre is a 2 office-block comprising of 5-storey office building connected at the ground floor level. A 3-level (Lower Ground) car parking space is provided for the building occupants.

The project site was developed by Joyful Gateway Sdn. Bhd. for the Shell tenant. The lease agreement states that the developer scope was to provide the base building (core and shell) including the HVAC systems in according to the Shell requirement and to be occupied by their 3,000 full time IT support employees. All the building fit-out, including the gym shower and changing facilities and cooling for the UPS space was under the tenant’s scope of work.

The building achieved a LEED Gold certification under Core and Shell.
