Setia International Centre is a combined office and sales gallery for SP Setia's projects world wide.

The building is designed to achieve a GBI Gold rating combining green features such as daylight harvesting, solar panels, rainwater harvesting and recycling as well as an efficient A/C system designed for occupancy comfort and low energy consumption.
